Justin was the best, came across as compassionate and well-spoken, took the time to explain something a previous mechanic at a different store said to me in a way I could understand. Definitely coming back here, even though there is a closer Take 5 to where I live Edit: I'm leaving my review at 5 stars because this rating is a reflection of Justin's customer service. However I just called to inquire about whether or not the charge to my card went through on their end because it had not shown up on my card, and the general manager who answered the call was very short and rude on the phone. I will not be returning to this store. Justin's customer service outshines his boss's.
Actually 5 stars for employees & quick service. It was my first time here. Employees were great! I took 1 star away because the pics had Castrol Edge & Mobil 1, but when I got there it was Duramax & not the others in the photos(?). Not familiar with Duramax & according to my quick research, neither are a lot of people. I was already there, so I got the service. Again, kudos to the employees, but somewhat deceptive advertising for the photos. I know the employees probably don’t have control of that, the pics are not all from this location, & some of them are stock photos, but the products should be as shown.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 thanks to Donovan. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. Donovan made sure everything was done efficiently while taking the time to answer my questions and explain the service. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made the experience stress-free. Employees like Donovan are a huge asset to the team, and I highly recommend this location because of the great service he provided.
