Pulled up to the station , told the guy what I needed, it was hot out he bought me a bottle of cold water, I waited for the other vehicle to pull out, I pulled in and these guys were on it from the manager and the other two guys that helped, they took care of me and it was so appreciated, it wasn't like they were trying to get a dollar out of me but they were helpful and Concerning, I would Recommend them to any and everybody Good Service and Good Work for Real, THANK YOU GUYS 🙌🏽
My Tech Craig serviced my vehicle for hood, pit, safety and MoD checks. He was very patient, knowledgeable, skilled, courteous and attentive to all my questions. I ended up not needing an oil change as this is what I thought I needed. He was very honest and did not push me to get a service that I didn't need. This true customer service in a time of budget challenges for a retired senior citizen on a limited income was much appreciated! 😊🙌🙏🏾🙏🏾💯
I use take 5 oil change for all of my five vehicles, this morning I received an email stating that today only an oil change was 50% off,I called to verify and spoke to the manager ( Zo) he said he was not aware of the offer but to bring it and he would honer it - when I showed it to him he pointed out that they did not sell Valvoline oil and the address was for a different business, he said since I was already there he would honor their coupon, what a nice gesture,I was shocked to see him do that when it was my mistake, they will continue ro get my business, they do a great job -
