I’m truly impressed with the service I received today. Katie took her time explaining each step throughout the process and made sure I understood my options. Even with the extra attention, everything was still quick and efficient. I never felt rushed, and none of my time felt wasted. It was actually pretty cool watching how well the team communicated and worked together throughout the service. I didn’t find out until near the end that Katie was the shop manager, which made the level of hands-on service even more impressive. They definitely gave my dealership a run for their money today. I’ll be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Broad River Road in Irmo! Sydney and her entire team were incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make my visit a great one. I was offered a water bottle right from the beginning, and they made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire service. To top it all off, they even gave me a Dutch Bros gift card at the end of my transaction, which was such a thoughtful surprise! ☕️💕 Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a quick and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention to detail from Sydney and her team. I’m very pleased with my visit and will definitely be a returning customer. Kevin and this team are incredibly professional, And helpful. I got better service and overall experience than usual at this particular location. The guys work efficiently,, they’re presentable are courteous. Kevin looks for ways to make your experience top-notch. It’s nice to go somewhere where the environment is real service with people who take care and what they do. I highly recommend.
