I came to Take 5 Oil Change, and from the moment I pulled in, the team was incredibly attentive. I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. They cleaned my front windshield, and David did an outstanding job checking everything on my vehicle. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed attention without making me feel pressured. Marcos, the manager, came over to personally make sure everything was topped off . David explained that if my oil level gets low before my next scheduled oil change, whether due to mileage or time,I can simply come back, and they’ll take care of it. That level of service really stood out to me. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, positive attitudes, and exceptional customer service these young men provided. It’s rare to find a team that is not only knowledgeable but also so friendly and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!
Best location I’ve come across in my area. The guys were very helpful, informative, and they even gave me a discount on my engine air filter! They also had good banter between them, which gave me a sense of them loving their coworkers and the job itself (which let’s be honest, can make-or-break your will to stay at a job) definitely will be back for another oil change in a couple months, and highly recommend them. If you’re reading this, thanks again, and see you in a couple months guys!
I came here today to get my oil changed. I did this because I came through a couple of months ago and they put air in my tire for free (This was after going to two gas stations and it not working). I paid nothing for that service and everyone was so kind. Therefore, I made a special trip, out of my way, to come here and have my oil changed. I truly wish every merchant I visit was this kind, friendly, and sincere!! This is exactly what our world needs more of!!!
