First time to this Take 5 and I will definitely go back. The whole crew there has great communication on what stage each vehicle is at in each bay and the redundancy to make sure everything is full, closed and tight. The Manager Faith was very friendly, and greeted me with a cold bottle of water. She went above and beyond for me and every customer that went through there, they all made my visit very comfortable. They have several Rotella oil options for Diesels also.
We just moved from Hawaii and this was the most amazing oil change experience we've ever had. The team was fast, reasonable, and professional. They made us feel part of the family or Ohana as we would say in Hawaii. Small world meeting Faith who has an uncle that we actually know in Hawaii. What an incredible experience. We will continue to come to this location as we can't imagine being more welcomed to the state of SC than through their service. Much mahalo to the entire team!!

I was greeted promptly upon arrival with a cold water, and everyone I interacted with was polite and respectful. I was in and out in about 7 minutes, and I appreciated that multiple team members checked over the vehicle to make sure everything was done right. Solid, reliable service—definitely a 5/5.
