I want to recognize the entire crew at Take 5 Oil Change in St. James! From the moment I pulled in, the whole team jumped in to service my car. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced that before. Usually, you’ll see one or two people working while others are standing around, but not here. Everyone was involved, working together, and making sure I was taken care of. What impressed me just as much was how friendly and courteous everyone was. The entire crew was professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant throughout the whole experience. You don’t always see that level of teamwork and customer service, and I really appreciated it. Great job to the entire St. James crew. You were all amazing! Jayden, Caiden, Andrew, Phillip, John
First time at this location and I honestly had a really good experience. Philip took care of me and was great from the start. He explained everything clearly, gave me his recommendations, but never made me feel pressured to buy anything extra. What I liked the most is that the service is really quick, but they still take the time to explain what they’re doing. Everything feels organized, even the little things like offering you water when you pull in. It just makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I came in just expecting a quick oil change and left genuinely happy with the service. Definitely a good first experience here. Appreciate Philip and the whole crew!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. They greeted me right away, clearly explained everything they were doing, and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't need. The oil change was completed quickly, and I was able to stay in my vehicle the entire time, which made the experience even more convenient. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Fred and trent did an awsome job , I highly recommend Take 5. I'll definitely be coming back for future service!
