So, what I will say is that I rather come here and pay $x.xx than get a free oil change with my dealership. I hated waiting 3 hours for an oil change at my dealership and coming here for only 15 minutes was worth every penny! The employees were chill (probably millennials) and transparent. Most relaxing oil change I've ever had! Sorry for any typos!
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Service was quick and convenient, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. They explained everything that was going on and services needed/not needed without being pushy. Definitely recommend this location for a fast and hassle-free oil change!
On June 30, 2026, at 7:36 pm, I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change #1016 located at 7800 Garners Ferry Road. The technician, Ms. SY addressed all of my concerns and explained everything that she was doing. When I called my dad on my cell, she also addressed his questions. I appreciated the TAKE 5 team's professionalism and commitment to educating me about my car. Also, they were not pushy about upsells. I had my oil replaced and the engine filter, after being shown how dirty it was. Thank you again, SY. P.S. Another plus is that they are open late in the evenings.
