Take 5 did an excellent job with my oil change! From the moment I arrived, Chance, the manager, greeted me with a bottle of water and made me feel welcome. Chance and Shy were both very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I didn’t even know I had a cabin air filter until Chance pulled it out and showed me how filthy it was! I truly appreciate him taking the time to show me and explain things. It’s clear that this location has a wonderful team that cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Chance and Shy, for providing such excellent customer service! I highly recommend this Take 5 location to anyone looking for great service, knowledgeable employees, and a team that goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back!
Exceeded expectations!!! Above and beyond customer service from Shy!! She made my first visit to Take 5 a pleasant experience!! Shy took the time to explain the whole process and even shared the two recalls that need attention on my vehicle. Shy answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in her position. I hope Takr 5 corporate office realizes the gold star employee they have with Shy. The speed and efficiency it took for the whole process was outstanding! I just can not say enough positive feedback about this location and its three employees that helped me. I certainly found my new place to have my vehicle serviced.
