I went to Take 5 for the first time last week. The service and technicians there were exceptional. I was directed in in a timely manner. I was asked what services I needed and offered other services that they found that needed attention. They showed me all old parts to ensure my purchase was necessary. They had the special oil required for my vehicle. The technicians were very professional, respectful and kind. I definitely rate them a 10 out of 10 for a job well done. Very high quality of service, a full service check everytime I go the service seems to get better. The crew is growing and the quality increased 20% since my last visit, I feel like I was 100% taken care of last time... The techs communicate and effortlessly mingled and smiled as they did their jobs. My pit crew loved learning little details about my SXT because they owned a similar car without the extra gadgets and they really made me feel special. I recommend this place hands down. This place has the best customer service i have ever seen, even better or as good as chick fil a . Everyone is so nice. They immediately greet you with a smile and water. Service is quick and everything is explained real well. Colby runs the shop here and is very accommodating. Highly recommend especially if you have skid plates that are aggravating to deal with.
