I had an amazing experience with the manager, Jay. I came in for a routine oil change and mentioned that my skid plate had come down and asked if they could just zip tie it back up. For years I’ve been told the bolts were stripped and had been quoted $500–$700 to replace it. Jay was actually able to bolt it securely back into place and didn’t charge me anything for it! He was so honest and helpful and saved me hundreds of dollars on something that has stressed me out for years. I seriously can’t thank him enough. Amazing customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I received excellent service at Take 5 Oil Change #1012 on Two Notch Road. Brittany, Janiya, and Jay were all pleasant, polite, courteous, and professional. They appeared to genuinely enjoy their work, and I noticed that the other employees were just as courteous and attentive to their customers. From the moment my mother and I arrived, Brittany made us feel welcome by offering us bottled water. I came in for an oil change before leaving for a trip to Ohio. Brittany checked my air filter and offered to replace it because it needed to be changed. I politely declined because that is something I can do myself, but I truly appreciated her bringing it to my attention. Because my car has high mileage, Brittany carefully explained the differences between the available types of oil and helped me choose the one that was best for my vehicle. She also checked the air pressure in my tires. Janiya handled the work in the pit, and Jay, the manager on duty, assisted the team, answered questions, and followed up to make sure all the proper procedures were completed. Take 5 #1012 is the only location I use. I have been coming here for several years, and even though I may see new faces from one visit to the next, I always receive excellent service. This particular location has an awesome team, and I greatly appreciate the care and professionalism they consistently provide. I highly recommend them!

I just love the convenience of this place! My maintenance required light came on while I was on vacation in Pennsylvania. Your company is not up there and my family said I was going to have to make an appointment to have my oil changed someplace! I said well I'll just wait until I get back to South Carolina LOL I'm glad you are just around the corner. It's always fun to go get your oil changed cuz your employees are always full of energy and pep.
