I want to give a shout out to Jayshan and James. They turned what would have been a bad review into a good one. I brought my vehicle in recently for an oil change. I noticed over the weekend that I had oil leaking. I brought my vehicle back in over the weekend and was told that there was no leak and that it was just residual oil dripping from my undercarriage. I was pulling out of my driveway this morning to go to work and noticed a massive puddle of oil under my car. I brought my vehicle back in. These two gentlemen immediately discovered that my oil filter was not installed properly during my initial oil change. Not only did they change my oil filter properly, but they took the time to clean the oil off of the undercarriage of my vehicle from the leak. I understand that people make mistakes, but what makes a real difference is how those mistakes are handled. Even though they did not cause the mistake during my initial oil change, they went out of their way to make it right.
I had a great experience at Take 5! Wolf did my oil change and replaced my cabin air filter, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained what I needed without making me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra, and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. The service was quick, smooth, and efficient. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. Definitely recommend asking for Wolf! Ladies, he’s also very easy on the eyes too! 🤭
Currently here at the Take-5 Oil change. To whoever sees this. James (the bald guy) with the New York accent provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The tech Kobe who was working with him was chill and professional. I HIGHLY Recommend this Take-5 Oil change location!
