Oil Change in Anderson, SC at 3808 Clemson Blvd.

Went in for an oil change. One of the employees made a mistake towards the end and disconnected the coolant hose by accident. The team was transparent about the issue and called in a second manager to fix the issue and make sure it was fixed properly. Im very grateful they weren't trying to be shady and cover up the mistake. The first manager on site was very apologetic and made right by the mistake. When they were cleaning off the area afterwards I heard him calmy explaining the mistake to the employee and that it was a learning experience for both of them. Yelling at the guy wasn't going to fix anything so I appreciate how he talked with him. Sh*t happens and though it took a while to get the issue fixed, I appreciate the way everyone handled the situation.

While I was driving to Anderson South Carolina the warning light in my car indicated my tires were under inflated. I have difficulty walking and limited use in my fingers so I knew I would need assistance in inflating my tires. I have been to Take 5 in Anderson previously and the staff has always been kind and very helpful. They welcomed me in, offered me a bottled water, filled my tires and I was on the road in less than five minutes. I would highly recommend Take 5 if you need a oil change or any of the other services they provide.

We received a greeting before the service lane was available to perform the oil change to include being asked if I and my passenger would like a cold bottle of water. The entire team was in sink and working together to get us on the road quickly, but not so quick to take short cuts! Filters and wipers checked, windshield cleaned and a very generous discount to an old Army vet!
