I can’t express how grateful I am for the guys at take5! They talked to me like I was family (or more specifically, “explain things to me like I’m your wife, since my husband doesn’t know anything about cars”, lol) , which is what I needed. I have had so many issues at w&l with having problems that actually didn’t exist, so I figured I would stop in for an oil change, filters and wipers before my inspection. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the only place that has ever service my car can’t even properly tighten a drain plug… it was way overtightened to the point it was stripped, and Jarell had to really crank on my car to remove it. I learned more about my car and was educated in a way that was helpful and not demeaning in the short time I was there than the 8 years I’ve been having my car serviced at the dealership.
This was my first time visiting a one-stop type of location. Take 5 was really easy to navigate for an oil change. The staff member was very friendly. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. It was much easier than scheduling an appointment and trying to find a ride to a standard garage. I will definitely be back!!
Great customer service...always! Chase is fantastic at his job and demonstrates great leadership skills. He's great at multi-tasking which produces customer flow. Take 5 consistently exceeds my expectations. Great work!
