We talked and laughed the entire time, he hooked me up with an awesome discount, and I left genuinely impressed with the whole experience. And can we talk about my poor Volvo?! 😂 Erick discovered something with my air filter that had apparently been there since the car was stock. I've owned this car for YEARS, had plenty of people under the hood, and somehow nobody had ever pointed it out to me. Erick actually showed me what was going on, explained everything, and got me taken care of. Apparently my Volvo and I both needed Erick in our lives. 😂 I've been to Take 5 locations in multiple states, and this is exactly why I keep coming back. Especially after a less-than-fabulous experience at another oil change place nearby, Erick completely redeemed my oil-change experience. First thing I liked was not having to sit in a stuffy lobby . When I pulled up , the first thing the guy did was bring me a bottle of water . Then they directed me in and while one guy was starting the oil change , the other guy took my info . They showed me that my air filter did not need replaced because it was still good but the cabin filter definitely needed replace replaced . Friendly guys all around a good experience .

Lakota and Quaneer had 5 people including myself with just the 2 of them, 1hr before close and managed to get all of us through before close while maintaining excellent guest service. They went through all the system checks with me like showing me my oil level, checking filters, etc. A note to *corporate* as I don't believe the location has control over this; I noticed your hours are incorrect here on Google. This location is listed as open until 8pm but all other locations are 7pm, including Selinsgrove. This didn't cause any fuss during my visit, but the customer base in this area is, we'll say sensitive to incorrect information and like to share their thoughts with employees.
