Originally, I was headed to the Pepboys nearby but this place caught my eye with it's vibrant colors and clean presentation. I was acknowledged as soon as I pulled into the establishment and redirected into a separate pit to start the service. The people here are very pleasant and easy going, I was in and out in what felt like about 15 minutes or so. Oil changes usually take about 2+ hours at the shop for me. The pricing is about average cost for a non mom-and-pop shop, but its the clear communication, sense of urgency and customer service that will probably make this my go to spot for an oil change going forward. 5/5 stars across the board. Love it.
When I say the customer service is OUTSTANDING here I mean it!!! This location of employees always greet me with a smile every time and have gone above and beyond on a consistent basis. That are fast and proficient and exhibit a level of professionalism you won’t find anywhere else. Matt has personally made his way during service to make sure all was good and Victor always always always makes sure my kids have beverages and snacks and I’m so grateful for him. Leo and Erick are also charming young men ready to take on any extra issues that me and my cars come with. Thank your staff for all that they do and I will remain a loyal customer to this location

They explained everything clearly, provided great customer service, and showed that they truly cared about my vehicle. I appreciated their attention to detail and the way they treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality service.
