I had a great experience at Take 5! I went in for an oil change and wound up getting two replacement parts I needed when they looked up my cars recommendations on Carfax. One of my serviceman Roger could not get the stripped nut off a part that he had to replace, and they went out and purchased the tool that would remove the damaged nut and the replacement nut, which would allow them to put in the replacement part. I was very happy they changed my filthy! air cabin filter, which had not been changed at the dealership because they never checked it or offered to change it. All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional! Thank you Roger and Take 5 Horsham!!!
I was looking for a go-to place for oil changes instead of always going to a dealership, and I’m so glad I found Take 5! When I arrived, I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay the price, so I was honest with the Service Manager. I wish I remembered his name because he was so kind and helpful. I told him I wanted to compare prices, and he actually encouraged me to do so and told me to call if I had any questions. That honesty really stood out to me. I compared prices, came back, and was very happy with the service and price. I also had a coupon, got a cold bottle of water, and best of all—I never had to get out of my car! 😊 Great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back, especially since they’re right in my neighborhood. Big applause to the Service Manager and the entire staff! 👏🏽
Have no issues friendly staff got an oil change. Better then jiffy lube Got another oil change no issues no drips no leaks nothing. They also offered cold water right away. They showed me my dipstick so I tasted it and was great. Be back in 3000 miles 9/1/26 Another oil change but this time with an air filter replacement. Also offered cold water. Can’t complain to be honest way faster than the mechanic shop. Them shop be like drop your car and come back at 5 pm for an oil change here 10 minutes done see ya soon
