Oil Change in Jenkintown, PA at 101 York Rd.

This was the first time I visited this place. I have to say I was very impressed. It was extremely clean. The people who work there were extremely polite, very communicative and friendly. They did more than just change my oil. They check the air pressure in my tires. They filled all the fluids that was needed and told me I can come back anytime to top off the fluids for free. I will continue to go here with both my vehicles and my children will be bringing their vehicles here for oil maintenance as well. Very impressed with the services. I believe they will do well as long as they maintain this level of service.

I have seen a few of the Take 5 stores opening near my house over the last year or so. I decided to try the one near my house in Jenkintown PA. I drive a car that must have very speific type of synthetic oil and filter. Not only did the Jenkintown location have the oil and filter ln hand, much to my delight, they knew exactly what I was talking about the instant I told them what I needed. The staff was very knowledgeable and very competent. All the fluids in my car were checked along with the tire pressure in each tire. Very enjoyable experience. I have already recommended them to several people.

If it wasn't for a gentleman named Rashon the Jeinktown location would be out of business. Aty last visit he was the only person with the brains and skills to take his time and figure out of how to get to my cars air filter behind the glove box. Also at my last visit, I come to find out that my oil filter was installed improperly or it was the wrong one so I got home and my vehicle was leaking oil. I called, surprisingly they sent someone to my house to see what was up and it was Rashon. He assisted quickly that the oil filter was installed wrong and fixed it. He deserves a raise and a vacation. Next time I go there, if I go, I will be asking for him to over see everything happening to my vehicle.
