If it wasn't for a gentleman named Rashon the Jeinktown location would be out of business. Aty last visit he was the only person with the brains and skills to take his time and figure out of how to get to my cars air filter behind the glove box. Also at my last visit, I come to find out that my oil filter was installed improperly or it was the wrong one so I got home and my vehicle was leaking oil. I called, surprisingly they sent someone to my house to see what was up and it was Rashon. He assisted quickly that the oil filter was installed wrong and fixed it. He deserves a raise and a vacation. Next time I go there, if I go, I will be asking for him to over see everything happening to my vehicle.
Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire process was quick, easy, and professional, and the team was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I especially want to give a shoutout to Travis, the manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service and running a quality operation. I’ll definitely be coming back to Take 5 for my future oil changes. Highly recommend, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Travis taking care of you!
Out of nowhere my engine started overheating. I was close enough to take 5 to swing in and ask them to check my coolant, only to find said coolant was both low and BOILING. If I had been any farther away I don’t want to know what would have happened. They switched out the coolant and didn’t charge me for it even when I asked what I owed. I know nothing about cars but the entire time they narrated what they were doing and told me what was going on. I feel terrible I can’t remember their names, but they saved me a lot of grief and a potential serious accident. BEST MECHANICS EVER, yall deserve the best.
