I came in today @6:45 and they had me out pretty quick!!! They were so kind they are above and beyond. On 07/28/22026 I had gotten my oils changed and asked to get my oil plug changed out and they ended up placing the wrong one in. This time they put the right Oil plug and they helped me with this weird noise my car was making it’s something simple fix when I was told it’s my transmission🌝 it’s a overall a great experience very satisfied!!!
I wanted to leave a review because Gabriel and Adrian absolutely deserve the recognition. They provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly efficiently. My oil change was done before I knew it, and they made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I used to avoid this Take 5 because of the previous management. In the past, I had to wait over two hours just to get my car in for an oil change, which was extremely frustrating. It's clear that things have changed for the better. The new management has made a huge difference, and the improvement is obvious. Gabriel and Adrian are outstanding employees who represent this location extremely well. They both deserve recognition for their hard work and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back because of the great experience they provided. Keep up the amazing work!
It's worth the wait. They were open when all the other quick changes were closed. There was, as it appeared at first, only one person working with all bays filled and myself and another in waiting to my left. The guy was super friendly and apologetic for the wait, which couldn't be helped. When it was my time, they were expedient and helpful. I will be choosing this business in the future. Please thank them, I was there Sunday 7-26 in the morning, about 11am.
