These guys went above and beyond to help me out. I was Traveling from Washington state and I pulled into their shop thinking something was wrong with my oil pressure. Which wasn't the issue. They helped me trouble shoot what was wrong which turned out to be a much bigger issue than oil pressure. Its Friday evening so everyone is closed. They called around to see if they could get someone to help me out. I ended up having to leave it there and have family that lives an hour away come get me until I can figure out what to do next. They went above and beyond and out of their way to help me. I so appreciated their kindness and genuine concern for a girl on the road by herself in a tough situation.
This was my first time taking my car to any place other than the dealer for service and I was nervous. Turns out, I had no reason to be. Everyone was kind and friendly. They brought me an ice cold bottle of water for while I wait since it was busy that day. They were very professional and were great about explaining an additional service I needed beyond my oil change and why. Alex, the manager even showed me how to reset my service alert on my car so she would quit yelling at me. I may start getting all my oil changes here because they were so great and they are so much closer than where I usually go.
Carson was absolutely amazing. Great customer service great on every detail and aspect of our service. He was absolutely amazing and the rest of the team was while we were waiting in our car to get our oil change they brought us out a couple of ice ice cold water bottles. It really is nice when businesses, especially big businesses. Take care of their customer customers like they’re part of the family.
