Carson was absolutely amazing. Great customer service great on every detail and aspect of our service. He was absolutely amazing and the rest of the team was while we were waiting in our car to get our oil change they brought us out a couple of ice ice cold water bottles. It really is nice when businesses, especially big businesses. Take care of their customer customers like they’re part of the family.
I came in there on Saturday the 6th of April for the first time. I was met by a very nice gentleman named Victor and he helped me immensely. I also met the manager Ramon who also answered questions for me. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will be back and I am recommending Take 5 in Ontario to anyone. Carol Evans
The care and polite customer service I received at the Ontario Oregon shop was fantastic. They listened, didn't pressure me, and were just really good honest people. Best oil change shop experience I've ever had. I don't give reviews often but had to get on here and highly recommend these guys!
