I was greeted with kindness, and assurance that I would be taken care of. And I was! I have never been at a business where such professionalism and courtesy was shown in so many years. There were three young gentleman that was so patient and so very kind and very respectful, and thoughtful. They all made my experience very good 👍. I left there in 🫢 awe! Those three young men work together in harmony taking care of each of us customers as if we were royalty! They walked each of us customers through the process with expertise. I just never experienced such thoughtfulness and precision in the workplace. Those three gentlemen just blew me away with the skills and again that they each presented as a whole! I have been sharing my experience there at Take 5 on 45th and Sheridan with everyone at my work place, at my church, just about all of my contacts. This is where I will surely will be going from now on! Super great service!! ****** Best service ever! And I have been to some Oil change services, and never before now have I experienced this remarkable place! In fact those other places almost messed my vehicle up not putting on the oil cap right and other misshapes! Like I said I will definitely be back for future service. I highly recommend Take 5 on 45th Sheridan!
From beginning to end, customer service on point! I didn’t feel obligated to make an additional purchases. I was educated on the reason for changing out my filters. I was originally scheduled to get an oil change at the Patriot dealership, got a phone call right as I pulled up and was told they wouldn’t be able to get me in today. So I decided to take my business to take 5 and I am glad I did! I was in and out and on my way to finish my errands for the day. I didn’t have to wait hours. These guys did a great job! I will definitely be back.
I had a great experience, all technicians were very professional, gave me a cold bottle of water to drink while they changed my oil. They were careful to reset all my dashboard settings for me and topped off all fluids. I was there less than 12 to 14 minutes, you're able to remain in your car and can simply play on your phone. I highly recommend.
