Caleb and Daylon were INCREDIBLE! They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and gave me peace of mind with my car. I need to go back for a coolant exchange, and these gentleman made sure that I was safe to drive with what I currently have, and fully understanding of my inability to afford ALL the repairs I needed at once. They were not only incredible at making me feel like I was a valued customer, but they also didn’t make me feel judged for not being able to afford everything, and for this I was very grateful. They’ve gained a loyal customer!
I was under the impression that my wife’s car was needing an oil change before a trip she was leaving on today. I wasn’t aware that she had made an oil change less than 6 months ago. The guys on duty told me that she didn’t need an oil change and just checked the other fluids and made sure all 4 tires had the correct air pressure and when it came time to pay told me that there was no charge. If I had been charged I never would’ve known. It’s great to get great service from honest staff.
I’ve been going to this same location for about 5-6 years for my oil changes and they never disappoint. They’re always kind, quick, and informative every step of the way, and always make getting my oil changed an absolute breeze. Had some fire music playing this time around too :D Declan was absolutely fabulous and incredibly friendly (and offered me a coupon for my air filters), as was Samir. Super appreciate you guys!
