I was so impressed with the thorough service, polite attention, complete explanations of what they were doing, why, and visual explanations and confirmations. Jonathan helped immediately with all business details, Don was underneath doing whatever he did under there perfectly, and Stacey was constantly busy attending the car above ground and making sure everything stayed nice and clean and neat. I will not go anywhere else and I highly praise and recommend them. Great job, guys!
Tario managed my oil change. He was super knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. He broke down the cost for each service and explained in detail. I was only there for a quick oil service for my daughter’s vehicle but will now go by there to have all my vehicles serviced with you. Experienced really shows up with Tario. I even heard him mention to a younger coworker to tighten something by hand first as opposed to a tool he was using at the time. Anyhow, great service!
Oil and filter changed with full synthetic as recommended by Chevrolet. Topped off all fluids and inspected air filter and cabin filter. We decided they could be changed on the next service. The 3 technicians were polite and informative about all they were doing. Completed everything in about 10-12 minutes. They scan the vin # on your car and it up loads all your maintenance history to their computer system. 6 quart oil and filter change was about $90 with a coupon that can be found on their website!
