Let's start with the positive, both gentlemen were very nice, Travis and Luciano. Loved the cold water bottle and that Travis introduced himself. They were quick indeed. 5' or less. The service check list says they cleaned my windshield and checked my tires but they did not. They said I needed a new air filter (recommended), but on check list says it's clean? List says they topped off my washer fluid which I asked for, but didn't see them do it. They may have done it as soon as I popped the hood and I missed it. Overall quick, just not as thorough as I would have liked.
Amazing service !!! Just went to a different take 5 and had a terrible experience. I make it here and im in and out in 7 minutes. The two guys working were so sweet and efficient. Will be back to THIS location.
Experience top tier👏🏾 Kobe was very informative, going above and beyond to help with changing the air filters throughout the car. My mom was really happy. Thanks a bunch
