I ONLY GO HERE!!!! The amount of professional service you receive is amazing. Very friendly , lots of knowledgeable staff. Very informative: quick service. And if you need a water they got you. I appreciate you guys and your service::: I will only go there for oil changes . Never a bad service or experience
I had a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Keith! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and had me in and out in no time. It’s not often you find service that’s both efficient and genuinely welcoming, but Keith delivered exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him—highly recommend!
I pulled in here expecting a very none personal experience, similar to drive through car wash. However, what I experienced was completely the opposite. These guys we're very professional and personable. They explained everything in detail as they were doing it. And asked before they performed extra Services. It's SOO different from a dealership. It was a tad more expensive for the oil change. But the quality of service and openness they showed were worth the extra $25. It also took less than half the time of a dealership. Thank you guys for the excellent service and expertise. I'll be back at 3000 miles for my free check up and fluid refill.
