Outstanding Service and Friendly Crew! I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 on Sooner Road! From the moment I pulled in, the crew was incredibly welcoming and professional. They greeted me with smiles, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Fast, efficient, and super friendly—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service with a personal touch!
I unexpectedly brought my Ford Transit Connect in for an oil change this morning. The Technicians who helped me were very efficient, offered advice and service upgrades that made sense for the status of my vehicle. The upgrades were presented as a matter of need, not just to upsell and make money. The technician Bridget took time to explain what I needed and was very courteous throughout the process. The technician working with Bridget confirmed my oil level after service and made sure to reinforce their safety policy inside the bay — as I had to wait for my husband to pull-up and pay for the service. Overall 5/5 and I will be back. Thanks so much.
Kion was very knowledgeable and told me what was causing my car to overheat and I will be back on payday to let him personally fix it! I appreciate him for topping my fluids and airing my low tire! He checked the tire for nails and possible defects! Headed over to TikTok to brag on you guys!!!and I was very pleased with his customer service! I just moved from Norman and glad I have a new Take-5 right by my house!
