Been taking our 2017 Chevy Trax for oil changes here since we bought it with 40,000 miles. Now have over 150,000 miles and running strong. They have always been friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!
I have always been skeptical about these “quick oil change” places, so this was my first experience. It was a great experience. The young man that spoke with and assisted me was very polite, professional and helpful! I will be back.
The team did an excellent job, even in the face of ridiculous heat. However, corporate/management needs to take better care of its employees. No fans or any indication of heat exhaustion mitigation were present in the garage. That's bad for morale, and at 110 degrees, presents safety issues for the staff. Such a small lift and low investment could be made to better empower the employees.
