The team did an excellent job, even in the face of ridiculous heat. However, corporate/management needs to take better care of its employees. No fans or any indication of heat exhaustion mitigation were present in the garage. That's bad for morale, and at 110 degrees, presents safety issues for the staff. Such a small lift and low investment could be made to better empower the employees.
Went in for an oil change, Absolutely great service ( the guys was awesome in the way they communicated with me , letting me know actually what they was doing) didn't take long at all and they actually checked things fluids/ air pressure in tires etc...unlike a lot of the other quick oil change places,who claims to check these things and will actually have it on your receipt as if they did...SMH
I’ve always had nothing but great experiences here. The employees always communicate SO well - to customers and to each other. They take the time to explain things to you to help you make the best decision for your car. It’s always a stress-free and quick visit for an oil change - and it’s a plus that their music choices in the bay are usually top tier. ☺️ Love Take 5 and appreciate them making this part of car maintenance such an easy experience.
