First time going to a Take 5, but will be my go to from mow on. Had an appointment set with Walmart, and show up, they don't have my filter. Asked me to doordash it from O'Reilly's, not gonna happen. Driving home, I see Take 5, pull in, immediately greeted and the tech double checked to ensure they had my filter, has me pull in, kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I was satisfied and aware what was happening. Even told me that he needed to open my door to check my cabin filter, just to ensure that I was aware. These guys are amazing, and so knowledgeable about their job, and their company. Keep up the great work, thank you Take 5
Nick was so aware of female boundaries and what could make someone uncomfortable he could teach a class on it! He asked permission everytime before coming near me to even help open the hood. I wish more people were like this. Will definitely come back to this location. The other guys were awesome too, very fast!
All of the technicians were very professional and pleasant. You don't see the kind of dedication and sincerity they displayed among many of the younger generations. Kudos to this group! And they offered water to drink and cleaned my windshield after the service.
