I really appreciate that they verify everything with you first and never make you feel pressured. The customer service and hospitality at this location are outstanding. Every employee I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond what I would expect. Hey check out the friendly service with a smile that we received from Jason Thompson at Take 5 Oil change in Moore, he greeted us with two ice cold bottles of water and smiled the entire time he worked on the Jeep. To top it off his manager Daisy came a talked us, updated our account and talked us through reseting our oil change indicator light. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the follow through on the service. Thank you Daisy and Jason! Your customer care and service is very much appreciated! We will be back! Our last oil change at a different location was an awful experience the two guys talked to each other about a party they were going to after work. Our indicator light didn’t get reset and the service sticker with new mileage wasn’t provided.
