Johnny was great from start to finish. He offered me a water as soon as I got there and took care of everything with my oil change, oil filter, and air filter. He was knowledgeable and explained the services my vehicle needed without being pushy or trying to sell me things I didn’t need. He even asked about my military service and made sure I received a military discount that I didn’t even know they offered. I really appreciated that extra effort. The whole process was quick, easy, and a great experience. Customer service like this goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have Johnny help me again!
Absolutely stellar experience. From the time I turned around the corner, I was engaged by a technician and guided to the next open lane, Where I was given a bottle of water and my service dog was given a treat after asking if it was OK. My technician Nick was polite, experienced and kept me informed every step of the way. I was given a very reasonable military discount because I’m a disabled veteran for which I am very appreciative. I will be a regular customer.
The guys at Take 5 are excellent. They really want to get it right and they explained every aspect of the process. Even when I had to wait just a few minutes, they were checking on me and making sure I knew that they were going to get to me in just a few more minutes. They explained everything and didn't try to oversell me on stuff I don't need. I never even had to get out of my car. I will definitely be going back here!
