Giovanni represents what customer service is all about. And in spite of having short staff situation the crew pulled off a good experience... the whole place was backed up ... prine business opportunities. Craig was the technician taking care of me and he was super professional. You guys keep your heads up and know folks appreciate the smiles !
First time there yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised at the service. The crew there has a good flow, and they're nice. I didn't feel like I was talked into anything that I wasn't there for to begin with. Excellent visit, and I will be going back for my next oil change.
Gio and I didn’t get the other guys name but the guy who was running the floor oct 18 on Friday, they where super sweet!
