You wouldn't normally consider getting an oil change to be an enjoyable experience. It's different here! All because of the team of guys who took excellent care of my car today. Nick and Zach were my techs, they work as a team. Super knowledgable about cars, professional, honest, friendly and relaxed, you can tell they like each other and they like what they do. I started this morning at a different Take 5 that didn't open for whatever reason. I'm really glad for that because it lead me to the Sunset location which is now the shop I will always come to.
Emily Davis,They were extremely helpful! I had always taken my car to the dealership for oil changes and will definitely be going to Take 5 instead. The three guys that changed my oil were fast, polite and knowledgeable. I was curious about the machine they use to remove the oil, it looked like it belonged in a hospital, and they took the time to explain the machine's uses and how it's operated. I'll be going back soon for sure, I have 3 months to get a free top off on the air in my tires as well as the other fluids!
W. West,10 out of 10! Visited in April 2026 and luckily there was no wait with their 2 bays. The cone is in front probably to prevent people from driving straight in, but the OPEN sign is on. You get water, they explain all the options when you ask, they clean your windshield, show you your engine air filter, and explain extra fluid services and included fluid top-offs. So professional, kind, a little bit of energy too! We worked with 3 different guys and it didn't matter who I talked to; they were clear, understandable, and provided excellent service. Jacob Brewer,We showed up, were immediately greeted with drinks, while my daughter was given a juice box and snack! The men working were super fast, polite, and attentive. You're offered a free top off and tire pressure check between changes. Pricing for full ultimate full synthetic was $119+13 for new filter. They topped off our fluids, cleaned our windshield, and got us out in under about 15 minutes! They offer a military discount so I saved on top of getting amazing service. We will be coming back!
Austin May,Guys were all great there and even helped me as they were out of the 0-20 dextrose d so I went to get the oil and the auto store didn't have the required amount either of the one but had what they claimed to be the same it was not. Finally got the oil and the guys did a great job. Won't go any other place even if I have to get my supplies they are that good
