I stopped into Take 5 Oil Change on 27th Street last week and it was one of the best quick-service experiences I've had in a long time. What really made this visit stand out was the two friendly and highly competent female technicians who handled my oil change from start to finish. From the moment I pulled up, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness that immediately put me at ease. They explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and never once tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. Their competence was impressive – they worked quickly yet carefully, performing a full courtesy check including wiper blades, fluid levels, tire pressure, and topping off what was needed. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and took real pride in doing it right. The entire oil change took just about 10 minutes while I stayed comfortably in my car – no waiting room, no hassle. Watching these skilled women efficiently service my vehicle was refreshing and inspiring. They were professional, thorough, and so kind throughout the whole interaction. In today’s busy world, it’s refreshing to find a place that truly delivers on the “fast and friendly” promise without cutting corners. The clean facility, positive attitude of the entire team, and especially the outstanding work by the female technicians made this experience memorable. Whether you’re local in Oak Creek, coming from Racine, or just passing through Milwaukee’s south side, this Take 5 on 27th Street is absolutely worth it. Prices were fair for the quality and convenience, and I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. Natalie (location owner) and Michael were great! Very fast and easy! Closed at 8 and they took me at 7:15! Easy to fall into upsells so keep that in mind! Although in this economy thats inevitable with any place you go to lmao. 120 was my total but i came in without my own oil to put in and took a couple up-sales. easier than me doing it myself thats for sure

Once again I got excellent service. The manager Natalie was outstanding.She took the time to to answer all my questions very thoroughly and made sure I fully understood. She work hard to give me the best price too. She and her staff were very polite and respectful. With a staff like that I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change. I highly recommend this location.

Back aga8n in April and no suprise.....The service staff is second to NONE. They were honest with me on one visit and told me I didn't need an oil change at that time. Because they were honest with me, I will be a loyal customer. Always friendly, quick service. The BEST OIL CHANGERS IN ALL OF MIKWAUKEE!!!!

Friendly, gave me a bottle water, Quick fast and surprisingly decent price. If I didn’t get the new air filter for $40 I would paid $73 after taxes! no coupons or discounts either standard synthetic oil change. 10/10
