I've been coming to super lube for years now however my last visit was my last visit. I came before noon so I could get a quick oil change and I sat and waited for close to an hour before I got in. There was nobody in front of me either there was a truck in the garage and I was the first up so I thought it would be real quick. I thought wrong. I'm not sure why it took so long because they were like five or six workers there but they all didn't seem to be working. So anyway you know the service has always been great I've never had any complaints but I just can't wait that long for an oil change anymore so I'll probably be going somewhere else. Thank you
Clarence and the young gentleman (I apologize for forgetting his name) provided excellent customer service this evening. Sometimes when you’re the last customer of the night you can feel like a burden, but that was not the case. They were welcoming, kind, and enjoyable people to talk with.
