Oil Change in Glendale, WI at 5450 N Port Washington

i have been going to this take 5 since i moved to milwaukee. i’m always treated the best and i’m never disrespected even when i don’t want to buy the stuff they try to upsell. i get an oil change for subaru & they’re always the best service. yamil & jamerian took care of me this time & jamerian made sure my oil was done properly, replaced my windshield wipers and cleaned my window. they also check your tires. 10/10 would recommend this take 5. i’m never disappointed & the coupons are good.

I absolutely loved the service and maintenance they preformed on my vehicle. There was never any pressure to buy anything extra when I just went in for an oil change. However they told me what I needed, like another air filter, they checked my windshield wipers to make sure they were operating properly, filled wiper fluid up, as it was dry, aired up my tires and these were for no extra cost. They were courteous and professional and I was quite impressed and satisfied.

I was having a sudden issue with my car following an oil change, and the manager Isaac drove all the way to my apartment to check everything out and fix it!! Thankfully it was something very minor and not even their fault—I felt bad to have pulled him away from the shop but he was really kind and explained what happened and what I should do next to avoid it happening again. Seriously 11/10 service, thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received at Take 5 Bayshore location. Upon my arrival I was greeted kindly with a bottle of water. That was very thoughtful. I was there taking my mother's car in for an oil change- and because of the quality of service l received, l decided this will be my new Go-To for future oil changes. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained each part of the process. They checked my filters, coolant levels, and windshield wiper fluid. Because of the year of my vehicle they recommended a full synthetic oil. I really appreciated that because this oil will prolong the life of my mom's car and will prevent sludge. Also with her car the oil changes are extremely critical and essential to maintain- especially since the make and model 2011 Buick Lacrosse is notorious for timing chain issues that could cause an engine to lose power and not reach higher speeds. This oil change was great because that directly impacts and drastically improves the timing chain functionality in this particular model. The staff was very upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable. After this oil change my mom's car drives so much better. She's happy and so am l. Thanks for taking your valuable time to read my 5 Star Review. We got here around 20 minutes before open on a Sunday. About 5 minutes before open, Tez came out and gave us a bottle of water and got us in a couple of minutes early. Kenan was our cashier and was very kind and knowledgeable. We were in and out in like 15-20 minutes. We’ll definitely be back!
