I stopped at Take 5 Oil Change on Fish Hatchery Road 5/26/26 for a simple oil change, and I just wanted to compliment the team on their excellent customer service. Even with a few newer employees, the staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The older team members did a great job helping guide things along, and everyone worked together really well. I appreciated how they engaged with me, explained things clearly, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Harry Irwin,I’ve been going to the Take 5 on Fish Hatchery for at least 10-15 years and I’ve only had positive experiences. I know a lot about a lot of different things, but cars are not one of them. It’s nice to work with knowledgeable people who take the time to explain the process of what they are doing and the reason behind any additional recommendations. There are other places closer to me to get my oil checked and changed, but I always drive the additional 20 minutes to go to Take 5.

They are honest about how often certain things need replacement, they're not trying to snake oil ya into spending as much as possible. They are friendly to us less mechanically-inclined, they can explain the why and how of any procedure they perform. Most of all they seem to enjoy their jobs, I love seeing folks have fun at work. They're cracking jokes with one another, they're laughing, they're a fun time. I've been going there for years and the vibes are always positive and friendly.
