We have used this location multiple times and always had a great experience! After our last oil change we noticed some oil on the driveway so we took it back - they were able to wipe some things down and we thought that did the trick. However, the next day there was still oil leaking. I took it back again and they re-did the oil change thinking it had to be a gasket or something that was faulty. It fixed the leak! I was thoroughly impressed with their service and dedication to making it right. The technicians were great at explaining what happened and how they fixed it. Everyone there is so friendly and they really do go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of! Kyler was the tech that helped me both times. He was 10/10!
Absolutely amazing experience at the Fitchburg location. I went in for a desperately needed oil change and was able to get it in a timely manner. When we got there the line was a little bit long seeing as it was pretty much right after everyone's work shift. And one of the employees came out and offered us a bottle of water while we waited. My wife and I have been pretty broke and while the workers gave their recommendations they did not pressure us into anything extra that we couldn't afford or didn't need. Overall amazing work, very respectful and very kind people
I have never had such a great experience getting my oil changed. The staff (Joseph and Jen) were so professional and thorough! Joseph explained everything that he was doing and why he was recommending certain parts or services so I could make an educated decision. Beyond the great service, Joseph took the time to talk to me. The whole process was so quick and enjoyable. I will go back in the future and hopefully will have the Joseph and Jen team. Highly recommend!!!!!
