I would give my time at take 5 in southridge wv at 12 out of 10 I was greeted as soon as I pulled up With cold waters for me and my wife Was told everything that would happen All processes were followed Everyone was polite and professional The manager was on site on a Saturday morning leading his team, what a great leader he was - he respected his workers his workers respected him they were doing crazy efficient work down there , I was more than happy to be there They put valve caps on my tires for free , THEY CHECKED MY CABIN FILTER, I have never in my 10+ yrs of owning a vehicle had any garage offer to check my cabin filter - he showed me my air filter told me it was in good shape until I came back (not gouging me for money) They even showed me the clean oil level of new oil of my dip stick I have never had such a good car shop experience
Man oh man Does David need his promotion! He was running a tight ship when I was there for my oil change. Everything here moved at his command. He was entirely in control of all three bays. Not only was he personally handling my oil but monitoring and answering questions for the others. He even had to go over and pull a cabin air filter because the other tech was unable to get it. He was so cordial and friendly. He knows the steps of the change front to back. He’s quite a good salesperson also. I can see him getting the max service quite often. He was kind enough to get some photos and do a little interview. He cares about his job and is clearly a company man. Get him his just desserts.
Just got my oil changed yesterday. They took me in quickly, were extremely thorough and respectful. They offered me additional package options but didn’t pressure, and the manager came over and made sure I was satisfied and had a good experience. I’ve been there three times so far and am impressed with the double checks to make sure everything is put back together properly. I had a bad experience once at another company where they forgot to reattach my heat shield and it caused major issues, so I am especially appreciative when they are careful to make sure your car is safe before sending you on your way. Unless service declines drastically here, I see no reason to go elsewhere. Thank you!
