Wow! It's a brand new Take 5. The staff I met are veterans from the other two shops in Spokane. I got an oil change and wipers in 10 mins just like the advertising said. The price was at least $10 less than anywhere else I can go for an oil change out the door (my car takes 7 quarts of euro spec oil). I live downtown and have been going to the other two shops for over a year. The drive to the shops took 4x longer than the oil change. This one is on my way home for Costco so no more special trips.
Guy name Derrick from the Sprague Ave in the Valley went above and beyond helped me restart my oil light very nice and the experience was great! Got complementary waters over would highly recommend Take 5 especially on Sprague!
We went to Take 5 because it was close to where we were and i needed oil change. These guys were so friendly and professional. They recommended services without being pushy. They were extremely patient with my questions. Even the manager was on the floor helping out. It was a truly wonderful experience. This was our first time using Take 5 and it certainly will not be our last, specifically the Valley location on Sullivan!
