Oil Change Service E Sprague Ave

We went to Take 5 because it was close to where we were and i needed oil change. These guys were so friendly and professional. They recommended services without being pushy. They were extremely patient with my questions. Even the manager was on the floor helping out. It was a truly wonderful experience. This was our first time using Take 5 and it certainly will not be our last, specifically the Valley location on Sullivan!

I always go in for my oil change amd drive away adding another service. They are very good at identifying possible areas that have been neglected. Never a hard sell. Today, I had the Take 5 high mileage SYNTHETIC OIL change. My baby is 30 year old and needs to be treat right. David asked how long since my radiator was serviced. I don't remember. So he explained what can happen when you wait too long to have it serviced. The machine that does the extraction is transparent. The stuff that came out was dark and looked funky. So glad I could see it, as it confirmed I made the right decision. Between services you have as many checks and top off of oil, fluids, and air all for free. The staff here is excellent! I highly recommend them!

in my past experiences with Drive up oil changes or you just in general and will change this place has got it beat if you can go more than five stars I would they’re kind friendly. They even come out to your car with a cold bottle of water on a hot day not only do they explain exactly what’s going on. They don’t pressure you into buying anything. You don’t need the top off all your fluids for free and make sure your tires are at where they’re supposed to be for free. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting an oil change top five star service if you ask me.

I swung into take 5 spontaneously for a last minute oil change on a Sunday morning. I was greeted by a friendly, respectable, and professional team (Jimmy and Caleb). They completed the work I was requesting and more! My vehicle is 10 years old and I have gotten oil changes at a few competitors and never had anyone opened up the cabin air filter inside the ‘jockey box’. I was horrified when they showed me what I had been breathing every time I ran the fan or air conditioner! I absolutely had it replaced! If they had not been so thorough I would never have known! Definitely one of my best experiences, the manager was quick to explain everything that was going on with my car and rather then try to upsell he made me feel comfortable with making my own decision if I wanted any add ons, the whole staff there was fabulous. Take 5 has always been my go to for oil changes but this particular location is my new favorite. These amazing people deserve recognition
