I've visited several take 5 accross different states and this one by far has the best customer service. Sorren (hope i spelled that right 🤪) was great. Did the job with great attitude and did not make me feel like time was dragging. Great communication between all employees as they were working on my car (even decided to grab some extras from them) the manager came and checked with me at the end to make sure everything was good and offered to fix anything that wasn't. Sadly, I was only visiting the area, but if im in Pullman, WA. again and need an oil change this is where im stopping!
amber antona,I usually go to Jiffy Lube, I no longer will. Overall the service is a night and day difference. The people include you in the whole service they show you the filters, they dont just tell you hey we need to change it they ask you. You hear them communicate between one another about the services being rendered. They do multiple safety checks to make sure everything is OK. They offer you water when you first drive up and the service is quick. I was able to do an oil change on my lunch and still have time to eat. Overall the easiest in and out type of oil change I have had. 10/10 highly recommend.

Definitely going here over Jiffy Lube from now on. And the price was great. Only a $20 more than if I bought everything myself and did it. I never felt like I was getting up charged or being sold something I didn’t need. Service was exceptional and quick. Very professional team. I was only there for 20ish minutes and I got my oil changed, air and cabin filter replaced, and my rear window wiper replaced. As a student I also received a 15% discount and the whole experience was 10/10!
