Oil Change in Lakewood, WA at 9810 Gravelly Dr SW

Back in November 2025 I pulled up and was greeted by an employee with attitude, I asked how much would an oil change cost for my Suburban? The employee said something but I didn't catch what he said, so I said excuse me he then said I can go to Jiffy Lube. I said cool im sure they are in a business to make money and wished him to have a better day and off I went to Jiffy Lube. My mother in law told me to try Take 5 in Parkland I did 🙃 Now today I took my Suburban to Firestone and was told I needed oil. Another customer at Firestone shared to go to Take 5 down the street. I said no thank you and shared my first time experience. The customer said I believe they have new employees now. So I said hmmmm I guess being that it is so close to Firestone & home. I'm SUPER GRATEFUL THAT I DID GO STRAIGHT TO TAKE 5 LAKEWOOD LOCATION BECAUSE I MET A YOUNGMAN BY THE NAME OF TYSON HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROVIDED ME WITH PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! TYSON IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY TAKE 5 BECAUSE OF HIM I WILL SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH TAKE 5 FROM HERE ON OUT as long he is working!!!!! JOB WELL DONE TYSON!!!!!!

I stopped by this location for an oil change while I was in the area one time, and I’ve been coming back ever since! The team here is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond. They keep track of my service history and even let me know what maintenance is coming up based on my Carfax report, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this location—the service is always fast, efficient, and I’m usually in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. Great experience every time!

You Don’t think this very often when you’re talking about an Oil Change… But it Was an AMAZING Experience… Truly! It’s a Drive through and you start off with them coming out and greeting you with an ice cold bottle of water. They direct you in you never have to get out of your car. 10 min in and out … these young guys are so professional and respectful… it was inspiring. You have 3 people taking care of you… 1 customer interaction… 1 doing the work, and 1 doing a follow up safety inspection to make sure nothing was missed. They even pull the oil stick to show you the cleanliness and level of your oil change. They call out communication like a professional team. I’ve never in my life seen something like this. It’s pretty incredible. This is the only place I’ll ever go again and I’m gonna tell everybody about it. Great job people!

Came in for an oil change. Was helped by Tyson and Carlos. I came back because Tyson let me know that I was overdue for another service. Came back later to get it done. Tyson got it done quick and efficiently. Customer service was great and Tyson explained what they were doing and how it affects the car when ignored or neglected. Quick in and out without having to get out the car. I had my son in the car so I was very thankful everything could be done with us in the car.

Tyson & Carlos were knowledgeable and very friendly. They were thorough and friendly. Tyson checked my air filter for mold and sure enough there was mold and a snail and some bugs and he recommended that I would have it replaced and I added that to my service. My car now has a clean air filter, snail free. My fluids were topped off, and my car runs even better now thank you to the two gentlemen who were honest and thorough at take five oil change.
