I give them a 5 because the guys were friendly with good attitudes but there were a few glitches that made my visit last longer than expected. I drive a 2022 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and I noticed early on that the oil viscosity is a little weird compared to my experience with cars. It is a 0w16 oil recommended and they didn't have any in stock and had to go out and buy some. They also had to go out and buy an oil filter for my car. The biggest issue was the price they quoted me halfway through the process was about 35% short of the final price. I didn't know oil changes had gotten so expensive but it is partially due to my hybrid vehicle. They worked hard despite the issues and I was pleased with heir effort and attitudes through the process.

Devan was able to offer some brake cleaner and then eventually took over changing the spare using his breaker bar and drill. He and Ziggy went completely above and beyond to help me and offer assistance! They were both life savers and so amazing for the aide! Top notch customer service!
