I loved my experience here! I felt like I had my own pit crew! Frank was friendly and professional. He did recommend services that I already knew I needed. It did not feel simply like an upsell attempt. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained the services and why he thought I needed them without any pressure whatsoever. They did give me the $25 discount as advertised. I will definitely return for the free top off and then for the oil change. Happy customer!

Great service. The dudes working were young but amazingly professional and efficient. They did an great job of explaining and selling me services. I cannot tell you how speedy this service was. Service time will obviously depend on how busy they are. I had actually showed up the day before and they told me it would be awhile. They gave me a bottle of water and told me I was welcome to wait. I chose to come back the next morning and couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. Love seeing young people working so hard and running a tight ship. These days that is asking a lot. Highly recommend this place for a quick and affordable oil change in Winchester, Virginia.

If we could give 10 stars we absolutely would!!!!!! It is refreshing to find an establishment who not only focuses on the task at hand but also takes the time to communicate with the customer during the process. The provided service was thorough and fast at the same time. The cold water they provided when we were first greeted was still cold when we left. It is great to have a quick-stop-shop right here in Winchester, VA that we can trust to take care of a wide range of needs. From wiper blade replacements, coolant exchanges, air filters and even a new drain plug with every oil change, they do it all! Thank you Take 5!!!

Great experience at Take 5. Cody and Freddie went over everything with me before continuing. Offered myself and my children water and snacks while we waited. We were able to stay in the car the whole time. And it was super quick. Cody reviewed the costs with me before making any changes. They applied my discount and were able to give me a good deal on my oil change. Will be returning for service!

First time customer. I stopped by for an oil change after a long emotional day. Frank and Devon were the kindest and most professional gentlemen I’ve encountered in a long time. My oil filter was hard to reach but they got it after a few tries. Service was quick and definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. They treat you like a person, not just another customer. Thank you again guys and I’ll definitely be back and referring all my friends and family.
