When I first pulled up, this young man came up to me and asked if I was getting an oil changed then handed me a nice cold water bottle and I so happened to be thirsty and didn’t have water lol that was 11/10 going beyond his required customer service. It was my first time at this location. Three gentleman worked together to get my oil and filter changed. They were very respectful and provided an exceptional customer service, overall. Definitely will return for my next oil change as I live right up the street from this location.
The guys there were great and knowledgeable and not too pushy. They let me know what I needed (cabin air filter), but weren’t pushy when I declined. My hubby replaced it for me a couple days later. They were fast and it was the easiest oil change appointment I’ve ever had. About the same price as the dealership and 100 times faster. Will definitely go back.
Very professional had me in and out of there in time enough to make it to work on time Tay 🥱🌱 did an awesome job on keeping me notified on filters need to be changed out and how many quarts of four was actually needed to complete my service five out of five will return and recommend. We always
