Courteous service. Answered all my questions pertaining to oil change. However, they stated because of COVID -19 they have been getting slammed and were depleted of oil brand selections and pricing options required for Jeep Wrangler with the exception of Mobile-1. Disappointed, however opted to move forward with getting vehicle serviced. Didn’t want to waste time driving to another Take 5 as this franchise is my regular “go-to.
The team that works there did a fantastic job. Offered me water offered me a snack and was very courteous my weight was maybe five minutes the person in front of me was finishing up. I got right in there went through everything they checked. All of my filters showed me what looks good what they recommend recommended and change my oil topped off my fluid washer and check my air and make sure we’re good to go fantastic job on that team.
I went to take 5 to get an oil change. The service, speed, and professionalism was the best that I have experienced at a Take 5. Brian was informative and displayed efficient customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, will definitely return to this location.
