This has by far one of the best teams I have encountered. They had a minor setback in Saturday 9.26.26 but were upfront about it. I can’t remember the young man’s name but he wore a cowboys hoodie and displayed the patience of a saint when having to deal with the patrons that were upset. The team diligently continued their work and prioritized well. They were a great team to engage with and as someone who preaches customer service to my team at work I don’t think these guys could have been any better!
Actually this was the best experience I’ve ever had taking my vehicle in for an oil change. It was also the most expensive; but I was immediately made to feel valued as a customer upon arrival. The young man immediately came out and handed me a nice cold bottle of water, and my wait time wasn’t long at all. I asked one of the guys which oil would I need for my vehicle when I saw the 3 different prices. He was nice and let me know it was has first day and suggested I ask the other guy. I somewhat expected them to suggest the higher price; but he didn’t. He asked how often I drove and when I told him my vehicle sits up a lot he suggested the middle price AND explained why. I’m sure I’ll be going back and take my other vehicle there also.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kalik and Mr. Russell! From the moment I arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed. The service was quick, efficient, and seamless, but what really stood out was their kindness and genuine customer care. It’s rare to find people who are both highly skilled and so personable. Because of the outstanding service I received today, this will be my go-to Take 5 location moving forward. Kalik and Mr. Russell truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
