The gentlemen working there are kind, polite, and professional. They tell me every step of the way what they are doing and why, what they are checking and why, and any thing they recommend for my truck, as well as things that are in good condition and don't need replacing at that time - which I greatly appreciate. They sell me exactly what I need and tell me when I can expect to replace/examine things in the future. They made me feel at home, and we even got to share a few laughs along the way! I always enjoy my visits there and recommend them again and again to everyone!
Katherine Surrett,Soon as I get there two minutes, they came to the truck asked me what service I wanted, I let them know that I need an oil change and she was right on it. I had a little five minutes wait and then they perform my oil changed. Show me the oil stick that they were done. They also checked my air tires for air pressure and wipe my windshield. I thank them for the taking care of my truck.
Phyllis Lawson,The staff here is very courteous and knowledgeable. My maintenance minder told me I had a few hundred miles left but my oil indicator came on so I went to this Take 5. The tech checked and said it was low by 1.5 quarts and thinks the last crew (local dealership) shorted me whether intentionally or not. It could have been very bad for the engine but we caught it in time and he put the correct amount in and got me on my way. They provide a comprehensive service check and offer a wide variety of services to keep your vehicle in top condition. I will probably make this my regular stop based on how well they treated me.

I had an issue with my mothers car that made it impossible for them to complete the oil change this past visit and they were super kind, explaining to me exactly what needed to be done and where to go. They always offer water or snacks for my toddler. I have never met a single employee at this location who has a bad attitude, no matter what time of day or how busy they may be we are greeted warmly and leave with a fresh oil change and not feeling like I’ve been ripped off. They also frequently have coupons on their site and offer several different options to fit any budget!

I has said I was never going back to Take5 after having the worst experience with the West Broad location, but I took a chance at the one around the corner from my home and I'm so happy I did.
