My third visit and they keep raising their own bar! The team on Broad Street amazed me one again! They showed me the old in-cabin filter, and how dirty it was. I'd never replaced one in any car I've owned. So they put a new one in and I was amazed! I had work done on my AC earlier this summer, but it didn't sound right. It sounded like it was struggling. With the new filter I'm not hearing that sound and more importantly, the AC feels normal and clean. Five Stars for every aspect of every visit! Thank you all so much!
Update; STILL THE BEST I went to another take 5 (Midlothian) and I they took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my car. This location is super fast and friendly, it took a bit longer than usual because this place was packed 4 car before me but all service finished about in 20 minutes... Perfect! Also they told me I don't need to change air filter. Usually car maintenance place told me to change it because they want to make a bit more money, but this place didn't. Such a gem. I'll be back here again! I love this oil change place! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! literally only takes 5-10 minutes for each services. Very professional!
I had my second visit to Take 5 on Broad Street. Mikey and Kenneth were working on one of the hottest days. Despite the conditions, they explained every thing they were doing. It was a struggle getting my cabin filter out of my vehicle. After both of them took a swing, Kenneth was able to remove and change successfully. They were courteous, knowledgeable and detailed. I had no cash on me but they deserved a tip. Next time I will come prepared. Thank you.
