Oil Change in Richmond, VA at 7212 W. Broad St

I’ve been to a few different Take 5 locations around the area and honestly haven’t always had the best experiences, so I was really happy to leave this one feeling differently. Mykel and Michael were incredibly respectful, thorough, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way more pleasant than I expected. Great customer service goes a long way, and Mykel definitely made a positive impression. I’ll be coming back to this location because of the experience I had !

Every time I come here James and Kenneth take great care of of my car. I have a difficult situation where my car leaks oil, they will top it off for free, check things to make sure it’s road legal. Mikey and Miquel are amazing, the whole crew is one of the most down to earth, genuine human beings I’ve ever met. They go so much above and beyond. I got a newborn on the way and they check in on him and my wife!! Great guys and can’t recommend them enough. Definitely check them out

Shout out to James and Mike!!! First time going here and what a great experience. Had my doberman in the back seat and they asked if she would like a treat, offered me bottled water and then proceeded to the oil change. There was no heavy upselling, just presented the options and explained benefits based on my driving patterns. This is my new oil change shop and already referred 3 others who went there the same day. If you live near broad street in the West End, you need to check this place out.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this team and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and transparency. The staff is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. I particularly appreciated the time they took to provide a detailed explanation of the repairs, even showing me the specific differences between the old part and the new replacement. It is refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes education over "nickel and diming" its clients. A huge kudos to Cam, my service technician, for his integrity and expertise. Quick and painless oil change. The guys working (3/30 9 AM) were very kind and did a great job explaining what was needed for my engine. I had one urgent fix pointed out to me which they were able to take care of very quickly, but I didn’t feel pressured to do it at all and understood better for the future. If you get anxious due to overdue maintenance, these are your guys. Sweet, speedy, and know their stuff. I loved that I could stay in the car for the whole thing, too, and that they provide coupons online.
