Beyond satisfied with the service at this location! I was getting an oil change with my very unhappy 8-week-old. Kristy (Chrissy, Kasey?), a regional manager I believe, could see I was struggling as a new mom with my crying baby and offered to let me sit in their air conditioned office with her. She had such a professional but warm demeanor, and I was just so thankful for her kindness during a rough moment. If her boss reads this- she deserves a promotion, a raise, or both! My mechanic Aysia was also so professional and kind! I had a really bad experience last time I got my oil changed at a different place so this really exceeded my expectations. I will only be getting my oil changes here from now on.

Sometimes doing car stuff can be intimidating but they make it seamless, and they’re honest. They’ll tell me if i really need to change the filter or if i can wait a little longer. It only took them 8 minutes to do something I’d been dreading all day (because I usually anticipate an oil change taking upwards of an hour). Carter even mentioned a missing part (the cap for my wiper fluid) and made a stand-in while I work to replace the part. Thanks to DJ & the team for their quick and expert help!
