Jerimiah, Cam, and Marvin were absolutely incredible was my first time getting my car serviced and using take 5 they all were very helpful very informative and accommodating given i have had bad experiences with oil changes in the past the walked me through step by step the process and they all were very nice with great personalities if i could give them all raises my self i would because ots hard to find good people and service these day thank you guys ill see you on my next oil changes and the many after that i too will be sending friends and family your way 😊
After 3 days of driving a new car from Carvana the check engine light came on. So I wanted quick look over of the car and Jeremiah, Marvin and David found the issue immediately. There were leaves and acorns running throughout my entire engine and filter system. They went ahead and started cleaning the brush out the best they could. They gave me advice how to further take care of the car. Unfortunately Carvana sold me a car in terrible shape and I ended up returning it the same day. But if they hadn’t looked at everything thoroughly I may have not returned it in time to get a refund. They were a huge help, kind and professional.
