I needed an oil change while traveling through Danville, VA, and the team at Take 5 Oil Change was absolutely outstanding! They got me in quickly, checked everything to see what needed attention, and gave me honest, helpful recommendations without making me feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need. With the recent cold weather, my tires needed some air, and they took care of that, too. They also noticed my rear windshield wiper was completely destroyed and offered to replace it at a discounted price that was actually less than what I would have paid buying the wiper myself at retail! What impressed me most was their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine focus on taking care of their customers. It's refreshing to find a business that makes you feel like they're looking out for you rather than simply trying to sell you something. Quick, professional, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. This place is absolutely incredible! I was specifically looking for a place that wasn't going to upsell me products every second, and I needed a place that would be quick and allow for me to stay in the car since I have my children with me. The crew was so efficient it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew. They were constantly relaying communication back and forth to make sure that everybody completed their tasks and nothing was missed. Amber, brian, and Rome did an incredible job! This will be my new place from now on. The military discount is also very generous. Thank you so much Take Five!

Dominique and the other young man, whom I didn't get his name, was awesome. They made sure I knew what they were doing at all times and made suggestions of things I would need in the future. They were very professional and considerate. I will definitely continue to go to Take 5 for my oil changes.
