Oil Change in Riverdale, UT at 4023 Riverdale Rd Bldg A

I had to go in to take my work truck to get registered and emissions for the New Year. Everybody was smiling, having fun, and making jokes. It was a very pleasant experience Per the instructions I stayed in my vehicle during service. (I listen to very spicy romance novels), I paused my novel when I arrived. We had turned the vehicle off then on again to run the emission test. When we turned the vehicle back on my book to start playing again. 🤦‍♀️My phone was hooked up to the vehicle, and my book, which is a little spicy, and it started to play. I'm gotta say amazing job too both technicians that were helping me, they laughed it off and said their significant others also listen to or read spicy romance, so it wasn't a big deal. It was a very embarrassing situation that they made amazing. This location has great people. I super recommend stopping in there and getting the things that you need done.

Wow! They were GREAT! We arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to open! It was kind of an emergency as we were headed out on a road trip to Iowa and had totally forgotten about getting my truck down to pass emissions and to get registered. But they handled it all in no time and were not only quick and efficient but very courteous and friendly! I truly appreciated their care and service! Plus it was a BIG BONUS for us that you opened at 7!

Came here with my work truck to get into emissions and oil change done, but we ended app finding out that the Fleet service my company uses doesn't cover everything, but despite that, they were so willing to help me get taken care of and check things even if they couldn't do a full oil change in emissions on my vehicle. I'm really, really impressed with our customer service and how sweet everyone was.I've always had issues with going to auto shops but they made me feel super comfortable.I don't think I'll go anywhere else with my personal vehicle after this service

I don’t know who dreamt up this model but they probably had 2 set of twins and Irish triplets….or maybe I’m just projecting! I Bob Rossed my way to this happy accident when Pep Boys could t do an emissions test and directed me here. I had seen signage but never visited. First off, I was already excited to hear they could accommodate a walk in after 5:00pm after a long day of running errands and having 5, very tired children in the car- but then they offered water. FOR ALLOF THEM! And then- to calm a very tired and over stimulated neurospicy 6 year old. And THEN they didn’t flinch when the 6 year old began shrieking. Everyone stayed calm and were very supportive. They made a stressful situation easy.

Fantastic service! Well first, they offered us waters! But really, they were very transparent with everything they did. We did our emissions and oil change, it was very quick and easy. We were still there for like 30 minutes but they changed my windshield wipers and when one didn't lay correctly, they tested the blades then replaced it again so they wouldn't leave us with a funky wiper! I think going to places like this where they work on your car while you are in it can be really awkward, but they didnt make it awkward at all! You can tell they are very good at paying attention to detail and making sure you have a great experience. 10/10!
