Oil Change in Woodway, TX at 201 Hewitt Dr

This was my 3rd time (or more) coming to the Take 5 on Hewitt Drive, and even when I try somewhere else, I always end up back here because they consistently do such a great job. Even on a busy Saturday with a longer wait than usual, the entire team made the experience feel peaceful and cared for. They offered water while customers waited, communicated clearly, and worked together like a true team. Huge shoutout to Tori, the manager, who was hands-on the entire time making sure customers were taken care of, questions were answered, mileage was written down correctly, and the workflow kept moving. She wasn’t afraid to jump in and work right alongside her team. Brian did our oil change and was kind and thorough, and Victor led the team so well during a very busy rush. What stood out most is how valued they made everyone feel — not rushed, not overlooked, just genuinely cared for. Great work environment, great customer service, and a team that clearly supports one another. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I had my 2013 toyota tacoma oil change here when everything was said and done the service writer had noticed that they had put the wrong oil in my tacoma now this being said it was NO FAULT of the mechanics. I believe the service writer's name was Charles. The computer called for one thing my truck actually takes 5W30 so he originally went with what computer was showing. Here is what makes this place a 5 star 🌟 I would give more if I could as he was about put my cap on and shut the hood he noticed the 5W30 on my oil cap. Man needless to say Charles is a real HONEST service writer if he's not the shop manager or district manager i just want to say Take 5 I hope the company is treating this guy GREAT. They drained my oil and made it right. Honesty sure doesn't come around often but I guarantee you at this place Take 5 lube next to HEB HONEST AND GREAT SERVICE IS what you get. What make a good person is what he does when no one's looking and I had no idea but this guy done the right thing. Thanks Charles buddy I will be back..

Joshua & Charles were both very professional & assisted each bay. They were busy but very honest & respectful of time due to multiple cars & communicated with each customer. They were not just trying to add on to the oil change. Very thorough in checking air filters & recommendations for which service would be best depending on type of usage for my car.

She was professional, honest, and genuinely concerned about making things right.
