As soon as I pulled up they brought water to me and greeted me. They were full but worked well as a team to get cars out and customers taken care of. This will definitely be my go to place for oil changes as I just moved here and needed a good reliable stop. They changed my coolant and got new wipers on as well as the oil change and had it done in about 15 minutes, including waiting for a spot to open. Great service!
I had good service but I was unable to use my husband's veteran discount. We have been married over 39 years and he served almost 10 years in the air force. I have always been able to use it but now that you have to go though the app I could not seem to get the discount. I may be looking for a new place to do my next oil change because of this reason. I feel that this is false advertising and to much to pay full price. I am in my 60's and not comfortable doing things on these smart phones. I think this is a problem that should be addressed.
Arrived behind 2 commercial vehicles being serviced. All bays full. Tech explained there was just 2 of them and it would take a little longer. Time frame was exactly what he said. I watched Jonathon and William safely and efficiently handle all bays. They are both professionals and we're courteous to all customers. Highly recommend this establishment and I will return here for as long as I'm working in the area.
