Had made a appointment with Walmart only for them to tell me there was a 3 hour wait Idk why they let you make appointments for so I looked up take 5 and they gladly took me in quick and easy they saved me from a 3 hour wait and I was able to redeem a $25 off my visit coupon absolutely a great experience and they made sure I was all taken care of even asked me if I had any questions about what they had done today all from the comfort from my front seat
James Cantu,The guts at Take 5 are always extremely friendly and professional. There's no high pressure up-sales, or pushing the customer to take a service that's not needed. They always have the additional items such as engine and cabin air filters...which is always extremely important to and the longevity of my engine. My technician Rafael, was great. He was focused and detailed oriented and answered all my questions, he even provided me with my "Veterans" discount, also extremely important to me. I'm a huge fan of Take 5, and I don't have plans of using any other organization for oil changes. Great job guys..!!!
Brian Gumn,I was charged $200 for oil change and cabin filter replacement for my 2500 truck. I had a long trip to Montana about 2 weeks after my oil change. I get a vehicle alert, come to find out there’s no oil. I had no leaks. This has never happened before and I blame this business for almost messing up my vehicle. Thank god I checked it out even when it seemed impossible. Update:The response I received from this rating is ridiculous. They obviously don’t care.Never again!! Revised: 1 star to 4 stars ! although the above is true I went back is under new management. I have no complaints and was happy with my service and knowledgeable staff
