Chris, Drake and Gary were short staffed as it was Memorial day. They were definitely in a groove when I got there. Despite the heat they kept going strong. Chris explained that it wasn't a good idea to go backwards to conventional once I got full synthetic or I might have issues with knocking in my engine. Thank you Chris for good advice and I was able to even use a 25 dollar coupon, topped up my fluids and despite the wait he said he appreciated my patience. I will definitely be coming back.

I had planned on getting my oil change when Dallas but because I had to change my plans due to his vehicle breaking down we had to stop at this location before heading home to service my Jeep. The customer service was awesome as Chris Harrington provided us with water and laughter the rapid process. I really love how thorough the employees are. They communicated the entire process making sure everything was taken care of and done right.

The service we received was effortlessly kind, the communication we witnessed and was afforded is the kind that lets you know this group works like a well oiled machine, pun intended. There’s likely to be a minimal wait. I’m sure it’s because of the personnel.Criss came to the car with a couple of bottles of water which we gladly consumed being it was a Texas afternoon in May. The forethought is what first grabbed my attention. At 55 yrs old. I can honestly say it been 40 years since I’ve received this kind of service and even though I live in Garland, I just might have to take a road trip for my next oil change. Joe Bamboozle,I went to wal mart, they didn't have my oil filter, drove to another wal mart, same thing, went to Take 5 in hewitt, waited a half hour and no one moved up in line. I drove to Wal-Mart and again came back to take 5 because they didn't have my oil filter at any Walmart. The same people were still in line. I waited an hour and only 1 car moved up. So I drove down valley mills past valvoline,, closed. Another oil change place. Closed. Finally I went to the take 5 on south valley mills. It was 4:40 on a Sunday, he said they really werent supposed to take a y more cars....tears immediately aprang to my eyes...they fit me in even though it would keep them a little late after I told them all I had been thru today. I just want to say thank you to TAKE 5 , JOSE, AND CHRIS WERE AWESOME AND GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! THANKS SO MUCH TO YOU GUYS! (ONE MORE WAS THERE BUT I DIDNT CATCH HIS NAME), ALL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING THST I HAD BEEN TRYONG FOR 4 HOURS TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. THANKS GUYS!!!
Cass Auldridge,I went to the Waco location and the service was ad perfect as it could be. The gentleman that helped me (I believe he was the manager) made sure I was in and out in a flash. The cherry on top was that the kindness and level of service was amazing. I left feeling like I could not have been treated better 10 out of 10 absolutely recommended.
